DocClear es para escanear y gestionar tus propios documentos o aquellos para los que tienes autorización. No la uses para actividades ilegales, para procesar documentos de terceros sin permiso, ni para intentar vulnerar, sobrecargar o abusar de nuestros servidores.
La reconstrucción y la traducción con IA son una ayuda automatizada y pueden contener errores. No son traducciones certificadas ni juradas, no constituyen asesoría legal ni migratoria, y no sustituyen a un traductor certificado, a un abogado ni a un notario. Verifica siempre el resultado antes de usarlo, especialmente en trámites (USCIS, cortes, agencias). Tú eres responsable del uso que le des.
La calidad de un escaneo depende de la calidad del documento original, de la iluminación y de la cámara de tu dispositivo. DocClear no garantiza que un documento escaneado o traducido sea aceptado por ninguna institución, organismo o empresa. Revisa siempre el archivo antes de presentarlo para cualquier uso oficial.
DocClear incluye una herramienta que permite borrar manchas, sombras y suciedad de la imagen escaneada. Es una herramienta de limpieza visual y tú decides sobre qué zona se aplica.
No la uses para alterar el contenido de un documento. Borrar, tapar o modificar sellos, firmas, números, fechas, importes o cualquier otro dato de un documento oficial —y después presentarlo como si fuera el original— puede constituir un delito de falsificación en la mayoría de los países, incluidos los Estados Unidos. SALMERON STUDIOS LLC no se hace responsable del uso que hagas de esta herramienta, y el uso indebido es exclusivamente responsabilidad tuya.
Cuando entregues a un tercero un documento en el que hayas usado esta herramienta, conserva siempre el original sin modificar.
DocClear PRO es una suscripción auto-renovable gestionada por Apple. Los planes disponibles son:
Los precios pueden variar según el país y los impuestos aplicables; el precio final siempre se muestra en la app antes de confirmar la compra.
Prueba gratuita. El plan mensual puede incluir un periodo de prueba gratuito de 7 días. La prueba la gestiona Apple y solo está disponible para quien no la haya usado antes con la misma cuenta de Apple; la app solo la ofrece cuando Apple confirma que tienes derecho a ella. Durante la prueba no se te cobra nada. Al terminar, la suscripción se renueva automáticamente al precio vigente salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes de que venza. El plan anual no incluye prueba gratuita: el cobro se realiza al confirmar la compra.
El pago se carga a tu cuenta de Apple al confirmar la compra. La suscripción se renueva automáticamente por el mismo período y al mismo precio salvo que la canceles al menos 24 horas antes del fin del período en curso; el cobro de la renovación se realiza dentro de las 24 horas previas al fin del período. Puedes gestionar o cancelar tu suscripción en cualquier momento en apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelar detiene las renovaciones futuras; el acceso a PRO continúa hasta el final del período ya pagado. Las condiciones de compra se rigen además por el EULA estándar de Apple (Terms of Use). Los reembolsos los gestiona Apple, no nosotros, a través de reportaproblem.apple.com.
Qué incluye y qué límites tiene. En la versión gratuita, la reconstrucción con IA y la traducción comparten un mismo contador de 5 usos al mes en total (no 5 de cada una). DocClear PRO elimina ese cupo mensual.
Aparte de ese cupo, el servicio de IA tiene límites técnicos que se aplican a todos los planes, incluido PRO, para proteger el servicio frente a abusos: un máximo de 40 peticiones por hora desde la misma conexión y una capacidad diaria compartida entre todos los usuarios. Ten en cuenta que la traducción sobre el documento consume una petición por cada página, y que cada trabajo admite un máximo de 12 páginas. Si se alcanza alguno de estos límites verás un aviso, no se te descontará ningún uso y podrás volver a intentarlo más tarde. En un uso normal no notarás estos límites.
Tú conservas todos los derechos sobre tus documentos. SALMERON STUDIOS LLC conserva los derechos sobre la app, su marca y su tecnología.
DocClear se ofrece «tal cual», sin garantías de que sea ininterrumpida o libre de errores. En la medida que permita la ley, SALMERON STUDIOS LLC no será responsable por daños indirectos o por pérdidas derivadas del uso o de errores de la función de IA. Tú eres responsable de mantener copias de respaldo de tus documentos importantes.

DocClear is for scanning and managing your own documents, or documents you are authorized to handle. Do not use it for illegal activity, to process third-party documents without permission, or to attempt to breach, overload or abuse our servers.
AI reconstruction and translation are automated assistance and may contain errors. They are not certified or sworn translations, they do not constitute legal or immigration advice, and they do not replace a certified translator, an attorney or a notary. Always verify the result before relying on it, especially for filings (USCIS, courts, agencies). You are responsible for how you use it.
Scan quality depends on the quality of the original document, the lighting and your device's camera. DocClear does not guarantee that a scanned or translated document will be accepted by any institution, agency or company. Always review the file before submitting it for any official use.
DocClear includes a tool that lets you erase spots, shadows and dirt from a scanned image. It is a visual cleanup tool and you decide which area it is applied to.
Do not use it to alter the content of a document. Erasing, covering or modifying stamps, signatures, numbers, dates, amounts or any other data on an official document — and then presenting it as if it were the original — may constitute forgery in most countries, including the United States. SALMERON STUDIOS LLC is not responsible for how you use this tool, and any improper use is solely your responsibility.
Whenever you give a third party a document on which you have used this tool, always keep the unmodified original.
DocClear PRO is an auto-renewing subscription managed by Apple. The available plans are:
Prices may vary by country and applicable taxes; the final price is always shown in the app before you confirm the purchase.
Free trial. The monthly plan may include a 7-day free trial. The trial is managed by Apple and is only available to users who have not used it before with the same Apple Account; the app only offers it when Apple confirms you are eligible. You are not charged anything during the trial. When it ends, the subscription renews automatically at the price then in effect unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it expires. The yearly plan does not include a free trial: you are charged when you confirm the purchase.
Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the same price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; the renewal is charged within the 24 hours prior to the end of the period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; PRO access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Purchase terms are additionally governed by Apple's standard EULA (Terms of Use). Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us, at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What is included and what the limits are. On the free version, AI restoration and translation share a single counter of 5 uses per month in total (not 5 of each). DocClear PRO removes that monthly quota.
Beyond that quota, the AI service has technical limits that apply to every plan, PRO included, to protect the service from abuse: a maximum of 40 requests per hour from the same connection, and a daily capacity shared across all users. Note that translation over the document uses one request per page, and each job accepts a maximum of 12 pages. If any of these limits is reached you will see a notice, no use will be deducted, and you can try again later. In normal use you will not notice these limits.
You retain all rights to your documents. SALMERON STUDIOS LLC retains all rights to the app, its brand and its technology.
DocClear is provided "as is", without warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, SALMERON STUDIOS LLC is not liable for indirect damages or for losses arising from use of, or errors in, the AI feature. You are responsible for keeping backups of your important documents.
